How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During major product launches or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or VAT depending on your local regulations, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
How should I care for my Fangamer apparel?
To keep your shirts and hoodies looking their best, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and tumbling dry on low heat. This helps preserve the quality of the screen-printed designs.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If your orders haven't been processed for shipping yet, we can often combine them. Please contact us immediately with your order numbers, and we will do our best to assist you and refund any excess shipping costs.
